AN-26 Aircraft Made a Forced Landing in Khabarovsk
No injuries were reported in the accident.
KHABAROVSK. November 27. VOSTOK-MEDIA – Yesterday at 4:51pm, AN-26 aircraft owned by the Ministry of Defense took off towards the Sakhalin Region from Dzemgi airport, Komsomolsk-on-Amur. Right after take-off, one of the tires of right landing gear leg burst and the pilot decided to make a landing in Khabarovsk.
Rescuers took all necessary measures to prevent possible accidents, the press-service of MES of Russia told RIA Vostok-Media. Emergency response team headed by Major General Sergey Bashkirov moved out to the landing area.
At 7:12pm, the AN-26 made a perfect landing without accidents in Khabarovsk airdrome.
