Russian Taekwondo Championship Begins in Vladivostok

VLADIVOSTOK. April 28. VOSTOK MEDIA – Today the Russian taekwondo championship begins in Vladivostok. The Physical Culture and Sport Board of the Regional Administration inform that the championship will begin with the solemn opening ceremony. The taekwondo sportsmen will show a special program. The entrance for spectaculars to the sport-complex Olimpiec will be free. The Regional Administration, Rossport (Russian Federal Agency for Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism), Russian national and Primorsky regional taekwondo alliances are the organizer of the championship.
We should remind that 20 teams will come in Primorsky Krai for competition. There are over 200 leading taekwondo sportsmen. During the competition the candidates for Russian picked team for participation in the international competitions will be appointed. The sportsmen of the Primorsky Krai picked team will compete for this right. The prizewinners of Europium and World championships comprise this team.
The opening ceremony of Russian taekwondo championship will begin today in 4 p.m. The representatives of the Regional Administration, the chairman of Russian taekwondo association Evgenij Kljuchnikov, the representative of the World taekwondo Alliance Hang Sun Jin will take part in the championship.
