Victor Ishayev commented on the results of the Congress of "United Russia"
KHABAROVSK. November 28. VOSTOK MEDIA - Plenipotentiary Representative of RF President in the Far Eastern Federal District Viktor Ishayev participated in the two step 12 of the Congress party "United Russia".
