One-third of Moscow residents are ready to sit on two wheels
Vladivostok. July 29. VOSTOK-MEDIA - The Russians are called to change from car to riding bicycle. For the first time in recent history, the Moscow authorities have recognized bicycle as vehicle, and not just a means of entertainment. According to the plans of officials up to 2016 in the capital, there will be 73 miles of bicycle paths; 17 000 parking spaces and even a special card!
