In Khabarovsk firefighters get a right to clear a path

In Khabarovsk regional parliament supported the legislative initiative to give firefighters to power to clear their way if obstacles to prevent their rescue and people. We are talking about abandoned cars in yards, because of which the fire brigade often can not drive up to the burning houses.

According to RIA "Vostok-Media", the parliamentarians discussed the initiative in all Russian regions. Pressing problems especially noted in large cities, where housing estate are being built with a minimum of parking spaces, which is why car owners are literally stuffed yards with their automobiles. According to the current law "On Fire," fire chief does not allow to move cars if necessary without the consent of their owners.

The issue went to the consideration of the Committee of Construction, Housing and Energy in the Legislative Duma of Khabarovsk Territory, and today, on July 29 the idea of Deputies unanimously approved at the next meeting of the regional parliament.

In addition, the authors of legislative initiative are considered necessary to consolidate the local government settlement and urban districts obligation to establish special areas intended for the installation of fire fighting equipment. This will allow local authorities to determine the rules of device platforms, including the procedure for applying the special markup, as well as to decide on the installation of a road sign "No Stopping".
