Vladivostok – Trade Centre of Thailand and Russia

VLADIVOSTOK. 20 September. VOSTOK-MEDIA. Vladivostok is a favorable trade centre of Thailand and Russia, - says Chairman of Trade Council Law Department and Trade Chamber of Thailand Mr. Chaivat Maraprygsavan. “Thailand is open for trade with other countries and we always agree to hold trade with Russia allowing Russian investments. Vladivostok is a favorable centre for development of trade between Thailand and Russia”, - said Mr. Chaivat Maraprygsavan.


He also thinks that controversial questions between companies can be resolved without government interference. “Every agreement contains arbitrage notifications and if any argument appears counterparts pass this question to Court of Arbitrage. Choice of court depends on the way agreements are composed. Government is not expected to interfere”, - said Mr. Chaivat Maraprygsavan. As a rule, businessmen who contribute to welfare of the country are supported by government.


“Thailand is known as an exporter of jewelry but there are other kinds of goods and services for export – food, community goods, SPA technologies. It is of vital importance to support such trade relations”, - noted Mr. Maraprygsavat.
