First UAZ Patriot Rolls off Car Assembly Plant in Vladivostok

VLADIVOSTOK. December 29. VOSTOK-MEDIA – The first UAZ Patriot car has rolled off the assembly line of Vladivostok-based Sollers car manufacturing plant Thursday. During the recent visit in St. Petersburg, Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi had decided to purchase the first UAZ Patriot.

Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has already taken a “lap of honor” in the UAZ Patriot. He was left content with the build quality of the car and wished all plant workers further successes in development of the car assembly plant.

During the recent meeting between prime ministers of the two countries in St. Petersburg, Mr. Berlusconi expressed his desire to buy the first UAZ off-road vehicle that Sollers produces in its new Far Eastern plant.
