Everybody in Vladivostok can open a legal day care center at home.
VLADIVOSTOK. May 30. VOSTOK-MEDIA - One can legally open a kindergarten in aparment now.
Head of Vladivostok Igor Pushkarev signed a corresponding resolution. It states that citizens can organize in-home family education groups. Each group will be treated to the nearest municipal kindergarten and the teacher would become his collaborator.
By order of the Mayors draft decree on the organization in Vladivostok, home of kindergartens was ready in 2009. But then he challenged the prosecutors office in Vladivostok, citing a lack of legal grounds for the creation of such groups in private homes.
