VOSTOK-MEDIA - Hurricane "Sandy" was the reason for the cancellation of several flights from Sheremetyevo to New York and a delay of outgoing mail from Russia to the United States. All postage to New York will be sent on the first flight as soon as weather conditions permit.Russian Post asks customers with understanding to a slowdown in delivery of correspondence, due to force majeure.
