VLADIVOSTOK. August 21. VOSTOK-MEDIA – Yesterday, a business meeting with the delegation of the Akita City Hall was held in the Administration of Vladivostok city. Members of the delegation were received by the Head of Department for Housing and Urban Development, Pavel Demichev, and the Head of Department for the International Relations and Tourism Alexey Moiseenko.
The Japanese visitors have shared state-of-the-art technologies on improvement of the municipal services and facilities. They showed samples of guide-boards, road signs, road markings and other items of municipal infrastructure, which are glowing in the dark without use of electricity in the complete absence of public lighting. The participants of the business meeting stated that the integration of these items may be submitted for considered within preparation for APEC-2012 Summit, which will be held in Vladivostok, reported press-service of the Vladivostok Administration.
