Storks Move to New “Apartments” in the Amur River Region

Several storks have already flown to the artificial poles

VLADIVOSTOK. April 30. VOSTOK-MEDIA – Installation of the artificial nesting poles for Far Eastern storks, implemented in the Amur River region by state specialists under the auspices of WWF Russia yielded first results.
In the Amur and Muravievsk Natural Reserve area storks have settled poles on the next day after it had been installed.
The nesting poles in the form of tripods were installed for the first time at the territory of Russia this year.
