Free Space for Ultramodern Parking Lots were Found in Vladivostok

VLADIVOSTOK. February 10. VOSTOK-MEDIA - Land parcels necessary for implementation of commission of the city administration were transferred to Vladivostok. This decision was reached during the conference that was hold by Sergey Dar’kin, Governor of Primorskiy Krai. The vice-governors of Primorskiy Krai and the representatives of the administration of Vladivostok took part in the conference. It is planned to set 12 multilevel powered automobile parking areas on the transferred land parcels. It will allow clear the central streets of the city from cars parked along pavement.
Besides, land parcels in beach areas and traditional place of resort of citizens will be passed in the supervision of the administration of the city. Thus the administration will bear responsibility for sanitary state and infrastructure of beaches. This summer the residents of the city may attend clear and comfortable beaches and places of resort.
Sergey Dar’kin pointed out that all land parcels will be transferred to the city for certain purposes and that means they should be utilized effectively and strictly for its intended purpose. The issue concerning the creation of comfortable city’s environment was also raised at the conference. In this regard the representatives of the administration of Vladivostok were advised to develop and present to the administration of Primorskiy Krai rough design of stopping complexes in the central part of the city.
The decision implies the agreement between the administration of Primorskiy Krai and the administration of Vladivostok in regard to transfer of land parcels.
