For that purpose it is planned to put into operation Erkovetsk, Nizhne-Bureisk and Nizhne-Zeisk combined heat and power plants

BLAGOVESHCHENSK. March 3. VOSTOK-MEDIA – The Russian company ‘Inter RAO Unified Energy System of Russia’ resumed electric energy shipments in China.
The Russian Government suspended shipments of electrical energy to China in February, 2007 in connection with sharp rise in export tariffs. In February of the present year the company signed an agreement with the state supply-line corporation of China to export the energy from the Amur River Region. Total cost of the project is estimated at $18 billion.
The export of electrical energy is carried out through electric power transmission lines of the station ‘Blagoveshchenskaya’ on the Chinese converting station Aigun. The electric power transmission lines are capable 1.4 million kilowatt-hours a day.
Russia is supposed to supply to China one billion kilowatt-hours of electrical energy this year.
