Search and Rescue Service issued a no-swim advisory.
VLADIVOSTOK. June 28. VOSTOK-MEDIA – An oil spill occurred at Fyodorova Bay, Vladivostok, Primorsky Kari Search and Rescue Service reported.
The oil slick stretched across the bay and drifted toward the open part of the Amur Bay. The police have opened investigation into the spill, which, experts believe, leaked from a yacht or launch. Search and Rescue Service issued a no-swim advisory.
