Residents of Amursk defend its sovereignty?

Khabarovsk. July 4. VOSTOK-MEDIA - Serious passions are growing Amursk about the future of the city administration. Part of the citizens took the initiative to eliminate the mayors office, because it is too expensive for the budget deficit. Other residents Amursk categorically oppose this initiative because, in their opinion, since the Amur district administration is trying to completely take control of the urban economy and finance. About 350 people came last Saturday in a local house of culture, where they were assigned public hearings devoted to the discussion of amendments to the charter of the Amur region, which would revert to control the administrative center of district authorities.
