Deputy Minister of Social Protection of Khabarovsk Krai, Svetlana Petukhov said that now in the region there are about 90 thousand disabled people, including five thousand children. In the coming year to support people with disabilities in the province will spend over 3.5 billion rubles from the federal budget.
